Supplemental Home Staging Service

- Our supplemental option can be applied to furnished or vacant properties.
- Our designers will provide key insight into existing furniture arrangements, and/or supplement with our modern accessories.
- This home staging service includes accessories and/or accent items for 60 days in major spaces throughout the home, enhancing the appeal.
- This option does not include major furnishings, focusing solely on specific home staging elements that elevate the overall real estate presentation.
Standard Home Staging Service

- Our standard option includes a layout showcasing a home's most impactful living spaces.
- Our designers will assess your homes most important spaces and create an expert plan to achieve maximum appeal.
- This option provides accessories and home furnishings, for primary living spaces, suitable for effective home staging, for a duration of 60 days.
- This option is suited to vacant properties, normally.
Contract Additions
These options can be added to current or expiring contracts for added impact.
Additional 30 Days of Staged Inventory
$500
- This adds 30 more days to the end of your expiring contract.
- Fee includes all existing inventory initially assigned to your project.
Additional Living Space
$350 per room
- Adds another staged living space to your project.
- Applies inventory to one room or space for a duration of 60 days.
- This option is typically added at initial contract agreement.
What can you expect from our process!
Communication is Key! -
Using your preferred method of communication, you can reach us about your project through phone, email, website or even through personal interaction. We make it easy to get in touch with our team!
It is at this time we will get your information and start the process of fulfilling your vision for your home. You will provide your expected date of staging at this time so we can verify our inventory and availability.
We prefer a 10 day lead time to provide our best service!
Consultation -
Sometimes we require an onsite visit to assess what would be required to be successful in staging your home. This isn't necessary in all circumstances, but we want to provide you the best options to enhance your homes appeal. In many circumstances, photos or video representations are enough to provide a solid direction going forward. We will discuss the best option with you.
Quote -
After all discussions, regarding your home, we will take the information that we have attained and provide a quote for all expected services and costs associated with your project. This will be emailed to you as soon as it is prepared. It is at this time you can decide to move forward with the project based on our provided timeframe. If you choose not to retain our services, just let us know!
Contract, Invoicing and Payment -
If you accept our quote, we will continue in the process by providing you a personalized contract via email to sign along with the detailed invoice and payment options. A signature is necessary on the contract to accept our terms and proceed with the project.
The attached invoice will mirror the previously accepted quote, with the exception of payment options. It will be at this time you will be expected to complete payment. We retain a small service fee for the credit card convenience. We do have a bank draft option that you can use that does not incur a fee. Just letting you know!
Staging Day -
If all previous steps have been completed, then we will provide delivery of inventory to your home on the date agreed upon. We will unload and arrange our inventory to best fulfill our design to enhance your homes appeal. We will require access to your home during this time. Your typical contract will be for a 60 day length. We have multiple employees that are committed to your project! Sometimes, due to availability, we may need more than one day to have the process completed. We will stay in contact if any of these situations arise.
Contract Expiration or Property Closing! -
If your property sells or the 60 day contract has lapsed, then you will be given a couple options. You can provide us the 7 day notice to remove our inventory and you can continue in your preferred direction. Or you may pay a small fee to extend your contract 30 days. This decision is yours. All we ask is for at least 7 days notice so we may make proper arrangements. We keep in constant communication with all our clients so that we are all on the same page. So this is typically pretty clear going forward. If we are expected to remove our inventory, then we do so and leave your home in the state it was received.
